2-1-1 is Connecticut's statewide information, referral, and crisis intervention service. 2-1-1 can provide you with crisis support and up-to-date information on resources for all the topics below. Calls are free and confidential. 2-1-1 may be accessed 24 hours a day. TTY (for people who are hearing or speech impaired) and multi-lingual operators are available. Some phones may not connect to 2-1-1. In such cases, use the toll-free number: (800) 203-1234.
